If so, then let creative wizard, MJ transform you into a skilled DJ in record time. With over 30 years of musical performance, production and teaching experience, you'll be trained by a specialist in the field with a knack for producing impressive results. Your tribe will be absolutely amazed by your fascinating new skills as you suddenly DJ your own awesome dance parties with confidence and style! PLANS INCLUDE: * Four 2-hr training session opportunities (8 total hours) per month by an approved local representative who will instruct you in the craft, history, terminology and practice of DJing. * You will learn the technical functions of a digital DJ deck, how to mix various genres of music, and build your own digital "record bag" full of your favorite titles. * You will have instant access to a vast music library of over 10 genres and 5,000 titles and remixes to start your own unique collection with. * You will learn harmonic mixing and blending techniques which will elevate your skills to legendary GOATship. * You will learn how to DJ according to a client's particular brand or event theme, which could make you a perfect fit when its time to hire a DJ for their special upcoming event. * You'll save 40% on all Darling brand merchandise (e.g., apparel, decor, etc.). * You will become a part of a unique, fun and supportive community of creative Specialists. * You (and your "Plus 1" escort) will have complimentary access to all MJ Darling and/or Round Table events. TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRIVATE TUTORING SESSIONS These Terms and Conditions provide a comprehensive framework for the Tutor-Client relationship, outlining payment terms, cancellation policies, and liability. 1. Payment Terms: The Client shall pay the Tutor's fee in full prior to the commencement of each lesson term. Payments are non-refundable. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: The Client understands that the Tutor's time is valuable. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the Client forfeiting the lesson fee. The Tutor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. 3. Attendance and Punctuality: The Client is expected to arrive on time for lessons. The Tutor reserves the right to end a lesson early if the Client arrives more than 15 minutes late. The Client will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling in such cases. 4. Safety and Liability: The Client acknowledges that they are entering the Tutor's space at their own risk. The Tutor shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the Client while on the Tutor's premises. 5. Missing Persons: In the unlikely event that the Client goes missing during or after a lesson, the Tutor shall not be held responsible. The Client's emergency contact details will be used to notify relevant parties. 6. Intellectual Property: The Tutor retains all intellectual property rights to any materials provided to the Client during lessons. 7. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of that particular State/Country. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration. 8. Entire Agreement/Acknowledgement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Tutor and the Client. By paying for lessons, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
